Ms. Graham joined Pillar5 Pharma in 2009 and has garnered a reputation for her organizational development skill set and ability to connect with employees. She has strategic and hands-on experience in all major areas of human resources, and constantly draws on her knowledge to fulfill her responsibilities at Pillar5 Pharma. As the director of HR, Ms. Graham is responsible for hiring, handling performance management, benefits, salary, health and organizational structure, developing leaders, and training employees. She enjoys her work of addressing human relations issues inside an organization.
Prior to joining Pillar5 Pharma, Ms. Graham served in senior HR roles in the high tech, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. She worked for Playtex Ltd., Pfizer, Dy 4 Systems, Glaxo Wellcome, and Telesat Canada. Her vast experience enabled her to learn all facets of HR processes and procedures.
A winner of the Human Resources Award in 2002, Ms. Graham attributes her success to continuous learning, hard work, and a bit of good luck. She looks forward to continuing her work in the field and gaining more experience in organizational development.
Ms. Graham earned an MBA at Athabasca University, a Bachelor of Education at the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish languages at York University. She is also a certified senior human resources professional (SHRP), human capital strategist (HCS), and Myers Briggs type indicator (MBTI).
