Sandrine Brun’s extensive experience in the insurance industry and strong skill set in procurement has made her a leader at Aviva Europe, one of the leading insurance companies. An ethical and enthusiastic leader who is very hardworking and highly committed, Ms. Brun takes great pride in her work and always puts her employees’ needs first.

Ms. Brun has been serving in her position as director of Europe procurement for the past five years and has excelled at setting an inspiring vision and joining together her team, stakeholders and providers. In her role, she is responsible for managing direct and indirect procurement in Europe. Ms. Brun also spends 50 percent of her time in meetings to discuss effectiveness and new strategies.

Prior to joining Aviva Europe, Ms. Brun worked with AXA, where she was in charge of managing procurement and supporting corporate contracts. Her experience at AXA exposed her to all facets of the industry and she became well versed in managing diverse teams, taking the lead, and creating procurement strategies.

A woman who has never given up on her values, Ms. Brun attributes her success to always doing things with a challenging mindset and her willingness to develop and push people to the next level to make the difference. Looking toward the future, she plans to be in an organization where ethics and human values are strong assets in order to be a successful business. She also may engage in an area related to the development of Africa and its inhabitants.
