Michael McBroom has more than three decades of experience in the aviation industry and has been serving as the chief operating officer of Quadrant Group for the past 10 years. An expert in aviation engineering, Mr. McBroom is responsible for overseeing business operations, handling marketing, and developing business proposals. He also has a proven track record of winning substantial programs. Mr. McBroom is a well-respected leader at the company who has extensive knowledge in aircraft simulation as he received hands-on training in airframe and electronics aircraft simulation in the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Quadrant in 1994, Mr. McBroom worked in production and installation at Singer Link Miles for 11 years. His experience and previous positions prepared him for his leadership role and have enabled him to work with a diverse group of people.
Mr. McBroom was named Boss of the Year by his employees for his exceptional leadership and work, and was given a glass, engraved plaque. Mr. McBroom attributes his success to his dedication and ability to learn new programs quickly. He also believes his diverse background, going from a manufacturing to an executive role, has enabled him to drive the success of Quadrant Group. Looking toward the future, he intends to expand the company’s product range to meet modern requirements.
Mr. McBroom keeps abreast of advancements in the field through his affiliation with the National Defense Industrial Association, Army Aviation Association of America, The Air Force Association, Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association, and Airline Avionics Institute.
