Jose Maria Ribot Barroso has 15 years of experience in the technology industry and assumed his current role with Metallurgic Solutions S.A. de C.V., a carbon steel cladding company that offers nano composite powders and high technology services for the oil and gas industries, in 2013. A well-respected manager and visionary, Mr. Ribot Barroso is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, looking at different locations for their plan, and creating business solutions.
Although highly accomplished, Mr. Ribot Barroso’s biggest achievement in his career is not a price, is not a big sale, is not a big contract, but the capacity to understand that no matter how difficult things can get, he is able to keep moving toward his goals. He feels rewarded when he knows that he is fulfilling his life’s purpose and doing exactly what he loves.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Ribot Barroso is dedicated to giving back to his community. He organized a conference with Patch Adams to fundraise for his cause and for The American Cancer Society, where 400 people assisted with the event and they attracted three institutional donors.
