In order to better assist people who need this type of help, Ms. Baker established Risk Assist Consulting Inc., a risk management consultancy that provides clients with commercial risks consulting services. She started her business with the assistance of business partners and, from there, other professional partnerships have come her way.
Ms. Baker is a former commercial broker who is recognized for her skill set and knowledge. In her role, she is responsible for managing daily operations for her company, supporting employees, and building relationships. She attributes her success to past business trips to Europe and her communication skills. Looking toward the future, Ms. Baker intends to provide packaged services to clients in need of risk management services. The plan is to extend the territory throughout Canada in conjunction with existing clients.
