Thanh Thoi Ngo started his career directly after college as a junior engineer. In 1995, he was promoted to the position of director of engineering at Dectron, where he stayed until 2013. Mr. Ngo joined Ingenia Technologies Inc., a manufacturing company that provides HVAC systems, and air-handling solutions and products for various industries, including universities, institutional, automotive, industrial, commercial, marine, mining and pharmaceuticals, in August 2013.
Mr. Ngo draws on his strong skill set and industry knowledge to drive the success of the company. In his role, he is responsible for designing and advancing new products, making improvements to existing technologies, and keeping up with new technologies, including sustainable energy solutions. Mr. Ngo takes great pride in his work and ensures that he is always up-to-date with the latest industry news and trends.
Well versed in designing custom air handling units, including packaged air conditioners with water cooled or air cooled condensers, Mr. Ngo is credited with designing a new custom air handling unit, which included a cooling heat pump, a digital scroll compressor and an ECM fan motor. He attributes his success to his hard work, persistence and management skills. He also credits his willingness to adapt his work to the latest technologies. Looking toward the future, Mr. Ngo hopes to continue to advance in his career by continuing his research, seizing new opportunities and eventually acting as the vice president of operations.
