Sharon Jayne Middup came up with concept of Rac N roll while her daughter was in competitive dancing. Whenever they were at competitions, there was nowhere to hang clothing, so she came up with an idea to keep everything together, easily accessible and displayed. She saw a great need for it. Ms. Middup established the online retail business in 2004. She created the Rac N Roll bags, which makes traveling to dance competitions or other places easy. It is a rolling bag that is practical and keeps all the dance gear visible, accessible and mobile. She has a warehouse where they ship the products out themselves. She is now happy to be selling her idea all over Canada, the United States, England and Australia. An expert in customer services, Ms. Middup attributes her success to her great friends, and surrounding herself around good people. She hopes to continue growing Rac N Roll on an international level.
