Roy D. Barroso started his career working at Waste Management in an operations capacity and then worked his way up to sales manager for Eastern Canada. He stayed at the company for more than 11 years at which time he was offered an opportunity at Bee-Clean Building Maintenance. The janitorial service provider offers cleaning and maintenance, prevention and restoration, facility and consulting services for a multitude of different industries, including food service, retail businesses, manufacturing companies, airports and even the health care industry.
Mr. Barroso’s 12 years of industry experience enables him to build strong client relationships and understand the key business development in the environmental services industry. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the operations for the Canadian market, excluding Quebec, in dealing with the operations and sub contractors, managing through the channels and resources internally, overseeing client relationship, and bringing in new clients. He attributes his success to his work ethic and sense of urgency for project activities, such as conducting business in the market place. He also has a great support team at home. In the future, Mr. Barroso will pursue part of his responsibility to hold stake in the company.
