She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a Marketing Certification, and she remains abreast of trends and developments in her field as a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, Inc. Upon reflecting on a rewarding career, Dr. Northfleet has come to attribute her success to sheer perseverance.
