Herve Couture, PQS(F) had aspirations to become an architect, but changed his studies because he realized he liked technology more. Mr. Couture has garnered more than 36 years of industry experience and currently serves as the director of estimation services for WSP Group, which is Canada’s premiere engineering firm. Recognized as an expert in his field, Mr. Couture is responsible for overseeing cost control for the construction and engineering group.
He takes great pride in his work and in his ability to effectively manage teams and work with diverse groups of people. A member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Mr. Couture earned a diploma from the College Michel Vignaud – Limours. His hard work and persistence has led him to his current path and he is extremely proud of the progress he has made in the professional arena. He looks to continue growing and expanding for years to come.
