Joseph Spiteri has been a force in the automotive, civil and mining industries for more than 25 years. As a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), Mr. Spiteri remains a leader in maintaining and managing various aspects of the companies and projects he is a part of, including handling profits and losses, budgets, OEM’s and client relations. Currently pursuing an MBA, Mr. Spiteri looks toward senior business leadership roles. His expertise in client service, contract negotiation and management make him an instrumental member and leader of any role he takes.
Mr. Spiteri attributes the success of his career to the teams he has been able to develop, his open communication skills and his management skills. His attention to detail ensures that all data relevant to his projects are captured accurately, and performance is monitored stringently. In service to his country, his hard work has been honored by the Royal Australian Air Force with a service commendation as well as receiving a Liberty Bell Belt Buckle for his involvement during Operation Desert Storm by President George H.W. Bush.
In his spare time, Mr. Spiteri is a fully qualified commercial pilot with instrument rating. He holds affiliated to Rotary International, MAICD, and Australia High-Flying Industry for Oil and Gas. He coaches soccer and volunteers at a local hospice.
