Dan Fraser parlays 30 years of experience to his latest position as the director of operations of Nordia Inc. In this role, Mr. Fraser is dedicated to overseeing the financial performance of the site and the overall operations of his team. He identifies issues and roadblocks, while conducting quarterly sit evaluations, presenting to the executive board and working with the recruiting team to ensure the recruiting funnel works efficiently. For two years, Mr. Fraser has been an integral figure at the customer service-based telecommunications company.

Mr. Fraser first studied architecture at Centennial College, and eventually made the decision to switch his career over to the telecommunications industry. He received a certified adult educator through Bell Canada. Prior to joining Nordia Inc., Mr. Fraser served as the director of global accounts at Sykes Enterprises. At this company, he was charged with handling 1,500 agents globally. He was the main point of contact for clients and was also responsible for the finances of the Costa Rican, Manila and Canadian sectors.

Attributing his success to his adaptability and keeping himself updated with new methodologies, Mr. Fraser started his career at Bell Canada. From his early beginnings, he was able to naturally progress in his career. In addition to his work within the telecommunications industry, he supports the Boys and Girls Club of Canada and the United Way Worldwide. Looking toward the future, Mr. Fraser endeavors to become a regional vice president.
