Mr. Gallagher decided to go into law due to his love of standing up for others. Additionally, the career is intellectually stimulating, which satiates his curiosity. In order to prepare for a law career, he earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago. He continued to receive a master’s degree in marketing and business law and in alternative dispute resolution from Massey University. He is a qualified mediator, and has family dispute resolution accreditation. Additionally, he can provide notary services. He maintains affiliation with his career with membership to the New Zealand Law Society, the New Zealand Family Courts Association, AMINZ.
